Hi there. I’m Holly.

If you’re new to my blog- welcome! I highly recommend starting wayyyy back at the beginning and reading through in order. There’s a story and a thought process that’s been carefully curated over the last year. New posts go up randomly as I get inspiration, though I’ve slowed down a smidge.

A bit about me:

I believe the best music was made in the 1970’s.

I believe tea is superior to coffee (though I still enjoy both.)

I think rats are the most underrated pet a person can have and still mourn the loss of our two boys, Merry and Bandit.

I’ve also been through more mud than a 4-wheeler in Kentucky after a hurricane.

Trust me- it can, and does, get better.

I used to live with debilitating mental health problems that limited my life.

Not anymore. Not since I transformed my health through food medicine, something so few people are talking about- which is why I am so passionate about sharing my treasures with others.

And this is after a traumatic brain injury that should have completely ended me.

My goal is to help people understand their health, their mindset, and how to heal themselves from the inside out. Because I did it.

Is it easy? No.

But if you want a better life, it starts inside you.

No one knows this better than me.
